By joining the Movavi Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understood and agreed with them.

1. 1. Affiliates must use the same pricing and discounts as provided on the official Movavi site. Affiliates must not offer additional coupons, bonuses or incentives to their customers without specific written agreement from Movavi.


2. 2. Affiliates may freely use any graphics from the Movavi website and create their own graphics and text materials to promote Movavi software. Affiliates may also use text materials from PAD files and from the Content section of the Movavi Affiliate Program website. Use of any text materials from other sections of Movavi website is not allowed.


3. 3. Affiliates may not use "Movavi", "Movavi.com", "Movavi Official" or similar words in such a way that consumers may be mislead as to the ownership of Movavi software and brands.


4. 4. Affiliates may not use the words "Movavi", "Movavi Video Converter", "Movavi VideoSuite" or other Movavi trademarks as keywords when creating ads on any search engine/site.


5. 5. Affiliates may not build and submit to other websites their custom modified versions of Movavi products that incorporate their affiliate links.


6. 6. Affiliates may not redistribute Movavi products in any way without written permission from Movavi.
